ABANDONED. Regency romance. Heroine trapped in snow storm. Hero in a wheelchair

I read this book no later than 2012 although it was probably published some time before then. I borrowed it from a library where mills and boon romance were shelved separately so it definitely wasn't published by mills and boon. I borrowed it more than once (although library cannot find details) and seem to remember it being on the first bookshelf so the author's surname most likely begins with the letter a-g.
Plot... heroine is daughter of gentleman/gently bred but poor. Is travelling by carriage when bad weather/snowstorm forces her to take shelter in nearby manor house. Said manor house is occupied by hero. Standard regency rake but who has suffered accident and is now in wheelchair. Remarkably bad tempered now. He already has guests staying with him (house party?) including a woman he is hoping to marry ( not love match. Marrying for money?). The story takes place over christmas. I remember the heroine looking for gifts to give to to people ftom items in her trunk eventually settling in handkerchiefs and scent bottles. Very traditional romance in there being no love or sex scenes.
