Nay (4ukcats) | 530 comments I've searched the manual and the group threads and can't find anything about this. I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I want to verify first.

When an author has a TBD titled book listed, what's allowed in the title field? I usually see TBD or TBA and maybe the series info in parenthesis if it's the next book in a series, but is anything allowed to be with it?

For instance, this title: 2020 Dark Romantic Suspense--TBD

Since "A Novel" and the like isn't allowed, I'd think this isn't either, but I don't want to edit anything before I know for sure.

Thanks!

Emily | 17475 comments I think you're right. I would put Dark romantic suspense in the description field, 2020 as the publication date, and TBD or Untitled as the title.
If it is a series, many authors put "Untitled (Series #3)" or something like that.

Nay (4ukcats) | 530 comments Thanks, Emily. Just in case I ever get asked, I was hoping there was something in the manual about it to fall back on, but it still helps to hear this from someone else.
