(view spoiler)[ I really enjoyed hearing about Kvothes time on the streets (guess I am just a bit twisted). I was genuinely surprised about Lnre being Halifax and thing that it's a lovely twist. I doubt we have seen the last of Skarpi. I am loving the slow build up of the world and lore. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ I think Kovethe got himself into a heap of trouble! Seriously, he just jumped off a building because a teacher told him too! But that does make me wonder about Elodin. Obviously he wasn't expecting Kovethe to actually jump but why didn't he use the wind? Did he not know it's current name (it is referred to as the ever changing name)? It seems unlikely. Was he too shocked? Possibly. Does calling the wind take too much time? Who knows. Shakes head, what a mystery. And what is up with Devi? (hide spoiler)]

Andrea how is it going? I'm about 60% done. Really enjoying the story/stories!! I love that the chapters are pretty short and the chapters are still broken down further into little sections. Makes it seem to go by really fast.

I feel like they're going to come back at some point. AND BAST! Like damn son, you're crazy but I still love you. I understood the analogy he was trying to make long before Chronicler did. I'm glad Denna keeps showing up, Kvothe & her would be super cute. I LOVE Elodin, he's so crazy and wonderful! He's such a fascinating character, it would be super interesting to see his perspective. I feel like so much happened in those last 20 ish chapters or so I don't know what else to comment on! Oh that like showdown with Ambrose, I was like yelling the whole time because Kvothe knows the name of the wind!!!! :O OMG Ambrose totally deserved that and more, he should be expelled, hate that boy. AND THEN THERE WAS THE DRAGON COW THING!??? Like seriously? So cool. The fight/chase with the draccus was awesome! I just want to wave my arms around dramatically and shout gibberish. Finished. It ended as it started with one major difference. In the beginning, it functioned as a prologue, an opener to an otherwise unknown story but as an ending, it serves for me as a cliffhanger and makes me want to continue the story. Started a bit slow for me but I enjoyed it by the end.
