Coquille, yep, summer's over for another season, so I thought I'd try to do something with this group. It's been sitting on my board since I joined GR, but back then I didn't know anything about groups and AW swept me away.
Emily-Jane, I would love such interaction.

We did have a frost here, though that was about a week ago now, roughly. It's hard for me to keep track of what day of the week it is. It also frosted back in June. I just don't know what to think about Global Warming anymore. The summers seem to be getting colder and the winters more bitter, here anyway.

You have sure lived in many place and have seen a lot of things. That is quite a life you have lived and seen so much of history you can say.

The 3rd book, when I get the time to complete it, will feature the military coup and Turkish invasions of Cyprus.

it is asif you talking about my Life ..you big traveler ..
Cool. Any suggestions would be most welcome. I plan to fill up a writing tips folder with things I've found over the last couple years.

The ice slab is airlifted to a local laboratory and as the ice melts, it quickly becomes clear that this is a discovery of undeniable archaeological significance. And then, to everyone’s amazement, the body gradually warms and is found to have a pulse.
Swiss PhD student Gerhardt Shynder is catapulted from his sedentary university life to take charge of the ancient Roman, Leddicus Palantina. And thus begins an implausible adventure that goes global and changes both their lives beyond recognition.
Oh wow - that sounds so cool. Be sure to add it to our book shelf when it comes out so we can all check it out.

Its great on your part to live at such a place with ,dish, being installed only now.But that seems an ideal place for reading and writing.Very exclusive i believe!
It is. My love of reading fueled my desire to write something new and the quiet here allowed it, especially since I'm home all winter long. Now, if I could just turn off the internet more....
