What book are you reading? Why did you choose it? What page are you on, and what has happened so far?(less)

I'm reading the book "Long Way Gone" by Ismaiel Beah i choose this book because it is a book about the civil war in my country sierra leone when the war happen i was a baby i never had a change to hear the causes of it from someone but now i found this book that has all imformation about it i'm on page 3 the author is explaining what happened before the war started
