A family practice physician and Vassar graduate, Sunny was finally pushed into picking up her pen by the success of the rest of her family. Much to her amazement, she found that, by golly, she actually could write a book, and that it was much more fun than being a doctor.

As an author, Sunny has been featured on Geraldo at Large and CNBC, and has won many awards including the prestigious PRISM Award. When she is not busy reading and writing, Sunny is editing her husband’s books, literary novelist Da Chen, and being a happy stage mom for her young actor son.

Unapologetic_Bookaholic I'd consider this series paranormal erotica. There is quite an interesting mix of characters and the writing is lyrical and flows from one page to the next. I like the world creation and the love scenes are scorchers. The Monere are sexual beings by nature so that plays a role in the story itself. Sunny is a very talented author and I only wish she had more books!

Oooh this sounds good :D

Unapologetic_Bookaholic She has a series with a demon princess. This is where I debated "Should I like demons?" Hehe. B/c Prince Halcyon is such decadence. I love reading about him and his feelings for Mona Lisa =D.

Cindi (ourtrumpcard) Ooooh, me too! There are several series now where Big-D-Demons are featured and likable if not alpha hot. But in this series, which I adore, its all in Sunny's incredible and loving description of Gryphon. He's my main man *sigh*. So far only one book in her series was just so-so, I've enjoyed her writing style and storytelling in all the others. Is this the only series she writes? Any stand-alones?

This is why I love goodreads and it's groups. I learn about SO many authors and books that I didn't know before AND I LOVE IT!

Unapologetic_Bookaholic I have Lucinda, Darkly The Demon Princess Chronicles here at home to read. Lucinda, Dangerously I don't have but will probably want to read too =D.

Stand Alone (novellas) are included in these anthologies:
The Hard Stuff by Karin Tabke The Hard Stuff
Skin on Skin by Jami Alden Skin On Skin

Unapologetic_Bookaholic Goodreads and my good book groups compliment my book addiction quite nicely =P!

Jackie (Literary Escapism) (literaryescapism) There's also another story for the Monere series in On the Prowl. This is a GREAT anthology if anyone is interested.
