I realized recently that it was a 7 book series (hope he writes fast).. I also read somewhere that the 4th book should be out sometimes in spring 2015.

Srividya- I agree that Lynch has done a really great job in his portrayal of Locke. He is flawed in many ways, but also is compassionate and so talented.

Greta | 1459 comments I just finished. It was a 4 star book for me, just because of the places where things dragged for me.

I'm really looking forward to reading the third book at some point. I'm not sure I can fit it in this month, but maybe in January.

I agree with Greta, but I still gave it 5 stars because it's a great book nonetheless.

Nope, I can't find one either. When do you guys want to start it? Then we can just ask mods to set us up.

Srividya Vijapure (theinkedmermaid) | 1160 comments I want to read the third book too but can't read it till January! Too many BRs at present! Also I have heard that Sabetha finally makes an appearance or rather we get to know more about her in the third, so I am really curious about that one!

I'm perfectly okay with starting in January. I have a ton of buddy reads too. Plus doing GG for BOM.

Snowtulip | 4679 comments January would be great, I am even more curious now that Srividya mentions we might final get more on the allusive Sabetha!

message 129: by Greta (new) - rated it 4 stars

Greta | 1459 comments Yes, January is great!

Srividya Vijapure (theinkedmermaid) | 1160 comments I am also doing the GG BOM Taryn! And its not one of my favourite books! :(

So great we are all agreed for January. Yayy can't wait for this month to get over now ;)

Cynthia (cynthiab) January is perfect for me, too. My Dec is pretty full and despite that I keep adding more books.

Kelly (ladykatala) | 5020 comments Yay! Finally got this one from the library.

I finally finished this book, and I really enjoyed how women were captains too and that was a normal and accepted practice. After having just read A Feast for Crows where women are treated so fouly, this book was a breath of fresh air.
