Tessa--you haven't read the LOTU series? I'm shocked! I LOVED them way back when. Hope they stand the test of time. LOVE the backstory and the world-building in the series.

Teri, "savor" is the perfect word. That's what I did. Since we only get books from her every couple of years, I wanted to make it last! In case anyone doesn't know, M. Sheehan has been going through treatment for breast cancer. She had her last chemo treatment in July and was supposed to start radiation sometime in August. I don't think she's officially gotten back to writing yet, which is completely understandable.

It's hard to explain but so much of the story "feels" familiar and Twilight-ish but yet not. The average reader wouldn't even notice because they haven't read Twilight 7 million times like me. I actually couldn't get into FSoG at first because it was too similar to Twilight. I know I'm not making any sense...just ignore my crazy ramblings.
