I'm awake and alive but I just got back from A&E after spending five hours there. I'm just quickly checking things out here and then going to bed. Do you mind of we talk tomorrow (providing they don't take me into hospital tomorrow since I'm meant to be going back)?

I just finally looked up what Shade and Sweetwater stood for and what it meant. I really like it. It's a nice blessing/greeting.

Aodh was actually born in faerie. The only 'rival king' perse is Faustino, the Unseelie King, however Aodh has always wished for peace with the unseelie court. Though Aodh's father wasn't the best and was particularly bloodthirsty and hungry for war, it was the unseelie court he fought. It may be possible, however, that Leer is a cousin that wishes for the throne and has married one of Eilidh's sisters in hopes of getting closer to it (incest is ok here).
I'm still debating if I should actually make a character (or two) for this RP. I have two in mind, but idk if I should.

There are neutral courts that pledge with both the dark and bright courts making them neutral ground for the bright and dark courts can meet without threat.

Deuce, when the treaty is sealed with the marriage of Mihail and Eilidh, all of the lower courts will have to swear allegiance to the High King and Queen. Since the king is unseelie and the queen seelie, they will effectively be swearing allegience to both courts. This is to prevent a war from ever breaking out again. It's a means of swearing the fae to peace.
Kate, do what you think is best but I would definitely love to have you here.

Oh, no, definitely not. Any courts that were under the unseelie banner were constantly launching attacks at him and at any courts that considered themselves seelie. His father was constantly fighting against the unseelie court, while his mother spent most of her time visiting the lower seelie courts to prevent unrest from breaking out among them. His youth was a very dangerous time. As a child, he knew Ellowyn, because her father was the adviser and she was constantly being brought to court so that she could learn from her father, but while her father believed they should squash the unseelie court, she had very different ideas. You can decide if they formed an alliance/friendship when they were young or if he bided his time until she came of age to share his ideas with her.
I just finished NaNoWriMo for this year. I'm finally free!

@Kate: WOW. I could never have done that this year. I had a lumbar puncture on Thursday and I'm still recovering from it. Everything hurts. But you definitely deserve applause. Well done! :)
Thank you. And I heard about that. It sounded unpleasant. Though, every puncture I've found sucks. I had one on my wrist once, but it was a shot and it was the worst experience ever. XPI really wanted the certificate because it looked really cool and steam punkish.
But don't beat yourself up over not winning this year, it's fine. I haven't even won all my times. It sucks to lose a streak, but you can build it up again. :)

Agh, yeah, it was awful! I was in there for AN HOUR. My grandmother timed it on her phone. I STILL don't have my phone back, and that's just...well. More on that, if you want to hear it. But I tried to sing through it like I was planning to do but through most of it I just screamed because I was in so much pain. Then the doctor started singing so I gave it another go and managed to join in with the poor guy who was singing Les Mis for me. And then the nurse started singing WIcked, so I started singing Wicked, and then we were ALL singing Wicked, except for my poor grandmother who can't sing Wicked wickedly. :D

You know me, I'm not the jealous type, especially when it comes to things like this. I am genuinely so happy for you right now. I am upset, but not because you won and I lost. I'm upset because I've managed to do it for six years in a row and my streak is broken now and it's going to take another six years to get back to where I was and it's all because of a stupid headache, a stint in a psyche ward, and a lumbar puncture. But hey, you won, and in my mind that's even better than me winning. <3

Question: If Aleneil is supposed to be Ellowyn´s protege, would that make her part of the court of secrets along with Edrahil by proxy?

Of course I´m okay with that. Besides, you always need somebody well versed in alchemy and other stuff like that. Though, could there be a small greenhouse in the court. I have a system that makes it possible. A series of mirror or crystals that refract sunlight into the greenhouse and capturing the warmth. from outside.
Alright, so I have ideas for characters, but I have absolutely no idea where they'd fit in anywhere here. They're like, just normal people. One is an artificer, and the other one is someone who just likes to goof off and is pretty smart as well.

@Priscilla: Aleneil's quarters will be beside Ellowyn's. She would have several rooms, furnished in her taste since Ellowyn would have made sure to learn about her beforehand. You can make her chambers whenever you want.
