She lives a quiet, remote life as the owner of a small eating establishment. He is from out of town visiting and notices a yacht that catches his interest which she does not admit is hers, bestowed by her deceased parents.He falls in lust with the yacht.
He is arrogant and rather condescending of her career choice and lifestyle taking her at face value and undermining her importance. She lives an understated, no frills life and has an assistant that has a crush on her.
Her bohemian lifestyle is misleading, she is a millionaire who doesn’t broadcast her wealth.
They become involved and his ex remains as part of his life.
At one point she visits him unannounced at his home and shocks him with her appearance, with the ex and his family in residence.
His sister is rude to her and she fakes a relationship with him to teach him a lesson for treating her as his dirty little secret since no one knows about her.
She moves in next door witnessing his revolving doors of conquests. He resumes his bad habits, drinking himself into a stupor and bringing home women including his ex that becomes pregnant. Her assistant comes to visit her.
Finally, she reaches her limit and leaves. She travels to clear her head of the turmoil.
At some point, her assistant and herself spend a night together and they agree on one night together.
