Hard-backs or Paper-backs

The question is simple; do you enjoy the nice, pliable paper back or a beautiful heavy hard-back?

& Why?

I like both but prefer paperbacks. Why? Cheaper! And they don't (usually) cause bruises on your feet if they get dropped there... .
