It's about a girl who's uncle type figure tells her if she is ever in trouble to go to the address he gives her and ask for the man behind the bar. Once he's there he should give them his name and they will protect her. After many years she finds herself in trouble and does as the man suggests because she has no one else to depend on and she is in a situation that she can't handle alone. The book came out either in 2014 or late 2013...
