No. Never delete something with an ASIN just because you can't find the ASIN anywhere else online. (Besides, you can't delete it since six people have shelved it.) It may not be on the author's website, but the author did shelve it so she must have written it.
Because a book has no ratings or reviews, has not been shelved by anyone, has an ASIN you can't find anywhere else, has no ASIN, or has no ISBN, is not sufficient reason to delete it. There are such books on GR. They do exist in the real world, somewhere.

The author is the source of that bad (truncated) ISBN so where did she get it? It must exist as an ebook or a paper book with an ISBN and she entered the data incorrectly.

They are Alternate Cover Edition if they are the same edition but with different covers. :)

255 That counts as an alternate cover. And if it should be merged, it should be merged into the other ebook edition, not into the Kindle edition..
256 That is an ISBN13 in the ISBN10-slot, as it starts with 978. I merged it as there is often an ISBN that belongs to an Kindle edition and it seems likely there is only a Kindle edition.
260 Those covers are clearly different (Same image, but the text is different.)
261 You should just remove the edition you don't want from from shelves.

They are all valid editions:
One is the basic ebook editions (ISBN: 9781938907005)
One is the Kindle edition (ASIN)
One is the Nook version of the ebook (ISBN starts with 294)
Goodreads treats each of these as a separate, valid edition

I read in the librarian manual, "Note: Kindle editions with ISBN numbers should be listed as ebooks," so I believe the separate Kindle edition with the ASIN was created in error.

Nook edition did exist with that number at one point (at least in 2012), so it stays. I found multiple sources for that time period that reference the BNID for the book.
Amazon lists the Kindle edition with an ASIN, not ISBN, on their website. That note was added for Kindle editions that Amazon was listing with an ISBN. So again, it stays.
