75% done - I do like (view spoiler)[that the girls have to suffer the consequences of their actions, but must they make such poor choices? And who is A? And how could one person know things about each of the girls, it would almost take 4 people following each girl to chance upon the things they are getting texts about. I don't think it is actually Ali, but who would know the private secrets/moments each girl had with Ali?

I am still finding it confusing at times keeping the girls straight and their respective family, boyfriends and problems. (hide spoiler)]

I am about 30% done. I am glad to see that I am not the only one that had trouble getting into the book. I am enjoying it and (view spoiler)[ starting to wonder who this A person is. Almost makes me think of the Scarlet letter (but never read that book) (hide spoiler)]

I feel these girls are just spoiled and used to getting away with everything. Sometimes being rich makes them think they are entitled to do what they please.

I finished the book and I was surprised by what happened at the end. I expected the one thing but not the other.

Finished - The last 25% was definitely the best, but I'm still not willing to invest any more time reading this series. I'm just not captivated by the teenage girl drama and their constant poor choices and the mystery doesn't intrigue me hardly at all. (view spoiler)[Okay, so if Ali's body is buried in Maya's (previously Ali's) back yard, what happened? And who is the mysterious A who knows all of Ali's secret knowledge and who has been spying and torturing the other girls.

The other stuff - just drama. I actually don't judge Aria and Noel like I originally did, because their first encounter was prior to him knowing she was his student. I still don't condone it, since she is too young and it would jeopardize his job and reputation.

Emily should've broken up with her boyfriend before kissing anyone else. The girl-girl and bi-racial relationship between Emily and Maya are both very "in" right now, but both actually difficult in real life.

Hannah's binging and bulimia is very relevant in teenage girl's lives, as well as cutting, so if she gets help in later books, good for Ms. Shepard.

I was most disappointed with Spencer. Having 2 girls, I was horrified that Spencer would choose hooking up with a guy over her sister's feelings. I must blame their parents for aggravating the competition and bad feelings between them. The only good thing was Wren seems to really care for Spencer. But I always tell my girls that if you can steal a boy away from another girl, then another girl can take him from you. Don't bother.

Marla, (view spoiler)[ Agree with all your points. I hated the girls but I'm actually a little intrigued by what comes next, hence the 4 stars.

About Aria and Ezra, I feel the same way. They met prior to the entire student-teacher revelation so I don't judge them for that. Still, she is very young and a minor and that is not going to be looked down well upon.

Emily should have just told her boyfriend how she was feeling. I want this relationship between Emily, her boyfriend and Maya to be handled a little better. It was patched up and Emily was wrong in not telling the guy she was dating about her real feelings.

Hannah was a spoilt brat. They all are but the stealing tendencies just annoyed me. I didn't see why she had to do that. Her struggle with bulimia did warm my heart towards her though.

Spencer was the worst! She knew what she was doing and she did it anyway. Her relationship with her sister is not good, I get that, but she has spent almost her whole life with her and to just betray her own blood for a guy she barely knows, horrible behavior!
Wren seems to really like her but I agree. If a guy can leave another girl for you, they can sure as hell leave you for another. These kinds of men aren't trustworthy at all.

I want to see them trust each other again and see if they can solve all the problems and come together and find out the identity of A. (hide spoiler)]

I loved the Aria and Ezra when they first met but once I found out he was her teacher. I know it is wrong but I still found Aria entertaining.

Emily I just couldn't like her. I felt she was confused about her feelings.

Hannah and her stealing was a cry for attention. Her mother is so self absorbed that Hannah steals so her mother has to actually pay attention to her. And how her mother is handling it was just wrong.

Spencer I found funny at times. She reminded me of sibling rivalry between girls. Plus her parents are no help, they just push the girls at each other.
