Looking for adult fiction with Warrior Priests, Vatican Knights, Templars, Paladins, or Monks in Fantasy/Sci-fi or even Paranormal Romance OR any books similar to the Feathers & Fire series by Shayne Silvers

This series is only one example. Please go ahead and suggest anything that meets the general concept I'll describe below.

What I enjoyed about this series was the idea of a group of warrior priests that fight, track, or even work side by side with supernatural creatures of some sort BUT STILL operate within a religious background like Catholicism or any organized religion really. Especially if they are a hidden group, aren't publically acknowledged or even known to exist. But I'm open to anything, it doesn't have to be this specific. They don't have to be wizards or use magic to fight like the Shayne Silvers books. I'm just looking for themes that mix supernatural creatures and religious orders. I'm not actually a religious person so I'm not looking for Christian approved fiction, just general concepts or backgrounds. Think Vatican Knights, Templars, Paladins, Exorcists, specially trained Priests, badass Nuns, or Warrior Monks.

I enjoy books in a series the most but stand alones are okay. Gay fiction and menage are also fine (though I suppose menage is exceedingly rare in religious orders *wink*). I read from many different genres.
