Please help! I read this book someone left in my hotel a couple of months ago on holiday. The husband (Jamie I think) is driving with his best friend but the car skids on ice and he doesn’t make it. He has a famous actor father who gets the main character a new flat where she becomes best friends with the woman across the street who used to be in a girl band and is having an affair with a married man who has just had a baby. The wife still talks to Jamie as if he is alive and has no interest in finding love. She starts working as a PA I think and doesn’t realise her boss is in love with her. The boss has a horrible girlfriend who hates his dog. The famous father falls in love with a painter he met in the park. I can remember so much about much about this book but can’t find it anywhere online!
