I have hit the wall with WordPress, and have been locked out of my blog for several days. I am considering bailing, although it's hard to imagine moving 5 years and hundreds of reviews to a new site. What platform has worked well for you? I'm interested in easy set-up, but more than that, consistent, uninterrupted service and reasonable customer service.

Are you using self hosted or free WordPress? I've heard a few stories where WordPress (free) has locked blogs because they felt the person was breaking their TOS (honestly kind of bull).

My spouse is an IT engineer, super busy but I was so upset that he came in and took over. He fixed it, he didn't break the law in doing so, and I was lucky. But if I didn't have him I would be screwed.
Thanks for your note.
