How is your first few days of reading going?
Did you start early?

message 2: by BlurryBug (new)

BlurryBug | 357 comments I started early and read 2 chapters of The Merciless cant believe I read this back in 2015 and never continued with the series...

Paget | 18 comments I realised today this week is Ayearathon week and I am reading Stephen King. So I decided to participate. Today I finished 'Salem's Lot. I was surprised how much I enjoyed, it was a reread and I remember that last time I read it I wasn't a fan.
Next I will read The Shining

Pages: 125
Read: 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King

message 4: by NoRa (new)

NoRa I started East of Hounslow (Jay Qasim #1) by Khurrum Rahman . I am liking it so far. I plan to get halfway through by the end of the day.

message 10: by Inge (Inge1990) (new)

Inge (Inge1990) day 3 just started here, but unfortunally I'm not doing so well.

I started : claws & Effect, but only read the first chapter or so.
I'm doing fine in: Carry on - Rainbow Randell
I'm also doing fine in: A great and terrible beauty.

I just started in : het schooltje van Auschwitz. It is a true story about a woman with a lot of courage in the second world war, which is for me one of the most scary periods...

Lizzy Seitz (cookinggurl43) | 53 comments Day two is just finished where I live and I managed to finish Burned by Ellen Hopkins as well as start both Pet Sematary by Stephen King (70 pages) and The Ocean Was Our Sky by Patrick Ness (57 pages). I’m liking Pet Sematary so far but I’m not quiet so sure about The Ocean Was Our Sky

I also forgot to mention yesterday that I started listening to The Turn Of The Key by Ruth Ware but I listened to more of it today and got up to 60% through it so hopefully I should be able to finish that tomorrow as well as I started Elevation by Stephen King today and read a whole whopping 7 pages but I think it will be an easy read for tomorrow as well.
