Grivante Grivante | 10 comments Hi. Could we get these books all in the same series?

Undead Worlds 1-3

And if possible, these last 2 are the same and should be combined

Isabelle D | 19 comments Hi!
I created the series and I'm now trying to combine the 2 versions of the 3rd book. Could you give me the whole list of authors in the order in which they're supposed to appear?

To be a series on Goodreads, books need to have more than a common theme -- like characters in common, an overarching storyline, a shared universe, etc. What makes this a series?

It is a series of Anthologies published by The Reanimated Writers, some of the stories continue through each book, while other stories are stand alones.

A series of anthologies does not usually meet Goodreads criteria for being a series, and I'm not hearing anything about common characters or a shared universe. If some of the stories have parts in each book, then we can have a series (or more than one) for those, but not for the anthologies as a whole.

Effectively that would just mean renaming the series. Can you please provide an example of a series of stories that have one part in each volume?

Isabelle D | 19 comments Grivante, thanks for the list. I'll add all the names tomorrow (unless someone else does it first). It's very late in my time zone so I really should get some sleep now.

rivka, sorry I didn't realise I should have asked if it qualified as a series.

Grivante Grivante | 10 comments Ok, if I understand you correctly you would rename the series based on the stories, not the anthology itself?

The Zee Brothers: Zombie Exterminators have a story that starts in book 1 and ends in book 3. But we do not want the series named after that or any of the other continued stories.

Amazon does list them as a series, though they haven't added the new book yet.

Amazon and Goodreads have different criteria for many things, including what constitutes a series. Undead Worlds clearly does not meet the Goodreads definition, and I have deleted the series page.

A new series page can be created for the Zee Brothers: Zombie Exterminators series, but it sounds like it would only include the 1st and 3rd of the anthologies. Edit: and it looks like there are several other books as well that would be included in a Zee Brothers: Zombie Exterminators series.

Isabelle D | 19 comments Names added and versions combined for book 3. But the second version (which would be the Kindle edition, as it was added with an ASIN number) doesn't have much information. Is everything except the format (Kindle vs other ebook) supposed to be the same? I could add what's missing.

Ok, I wouldn't mind creating a series page for The Zee Brothers: Zombie Exterminators, here is the list of the books in reading order. Undead Worlds 2 does include a Zee Brothers story as well.

Thank you so much! Yes, one of the authors created the listing with the ASIN. All of the info should be the same between the 2.

Isabelle D | 19 comments You're welcome. The cover and info are now on the Kindle edition's page too.
