I Can't Sign Out?

I'm not sure what happened. I clicked sign out. The loading sign comes up. Goodreads says I signed out with the options to sign in again or go to goodreads home but I'm never signed out. If I click goodreads I'm still signed in. Not sure if this is a technical bug going on? Any idea how to fix this? More than one person uses this computer and they can't sign in to Goodreads because I can't sign out.

This is not an issue for the librarians we are volunteers who do the book cataloging & stuff like that.

At the top of this group there is a contact us link to contact Support. There is also a link for the new Help area if you would prefer to use that.
