I am only seeing one untitled book with one rating and almost no details. To be honest I am surprised you have been given an author profile. If you are seeing something different please use the contact us link at the top of this group.
It does sayAverage rating: 4.48 · 151 ratings · 16 reviews · 1 distinct work
on her profile, but the book page itself looks fine. (I didn't count but the "16 reviews" probably refers to the adds.)

Since your profile had to be disambiguated from other authors with the same name, the ratings at the top of the page belong to books by others.
The ratings should correct themselves within a day or two.
I sent a support email. I just worry a fellow Jessica is missing their account!

However, I do have a question about my profile. I claimed my author account today, but it's saying my newly announced, unpublished book has an average of 4.48 rating, 151 ratings, and 16 reviews. I have no option to click on the ratings or reviews, but when I go to the actual book, it has one rating and one review. Is this a mistake of some kind? I worry there was some sort of mix up; there are a lot of Jessica Lewis-es out there! Thanks for your hep!
