The book I am searching for is a Kindle Unlimited book, I have searched through my returned books with no luck. In the books the family is all magically gifted. The father uses magic to enhance his archery skills, the son is a great healer, the mother is a healer as well, as is the sister. the son is part of some kind of scandal that causes the Mayor to force the family to sell their inn/bar/brewery/bakery to him. the family thwarts the mayor by selling to a trader family who wants to settle down. The family buys their wagon. and leaves with a caravan. healing is illegal as magic is thought to be nonexistent and unscrupulous people have caused harm selling false cures. Son can get rid of cancer temporarily.
i read the book sometime between 2017 and 2018 but i'm leading more towards 2018. I believe it may also be apocalyptic as well and the characters are survivors of an extinction event
