Started my re-read today. Read the prologue and chapter 1. Nice to visit with Snuff again. Also reading the past daily threads and Jim's notes.
In the prologue Snuff says he likes being a watchdog more than what he was before he was summoned and given this job. Don't remember noticing this before or have forgotten (joys of aging). What was he before?
This book is a great build up to Halloween.

I read the intro and chapter 1 today. I agree I think it’s gonna be a challenge to read just one chapter a day, as I am already enjoying Snuff’s perspective. Happy October!
