What is it about Mitch and Danny ?

I love all the men and the relationships they are building. But I am most intrigued by the dynamics between Mitch and Danny. Why are they so appealing, and why do you think they struggle so much?

This was awhile go, but I think they are too much alike. Both struggle on how to express themselves. They both also have tempers :)
