Hey everybody I have Carry On and Descendant of the Crane to post right now! Where do we need the points the most?

Heather, not much you can do with Carry On. I would suggest Letters ON from On for One in Tagline 1 and take both R's from the author's name and put them in Truth in Tagline 3

For Descendant of the crane, I would suggest:
Letters NT from Descendant for word Want in Tagline 2
Letters TH from The for word Truth in Tagline 3
And Letter O from Of for word Out in Tagline 3

I’m a little confused by the score update at least as far as the letters are concerned. I think a few forgot to be added like the UT from my most recent read wasn’t added 🤷🏼‍♀️It’s so hard to keep track this challenge lol.

Based on the scores as they are we need the following:

Tagline 1: T, U, E (each x2 to finish for the 8th time.)
Tagline2: I x 2, T x 7, E x 5, V x 2 to finish for the 8th time
Tagline 3: T x 7, U x 5, H x 2, I x 1, E x 1 also to finish for the 8th time.

I’m debating to finish Empire of Storms today or try to read an entire book today. I only have 200 pages left in Empire of Storms

I don’t know why I do this to myself but I’m reading like 4 books and just keep switching back and forth between them lol. One unfortunately will only give us one letter and it doesn’t really have foreign editions which sucks but at this point I don’t think we really need to worry, we’re kicking butt.

I'm frustrated because I'm trying to finish Wicked Saints but it's a physical and I haven't been home at night to read. Tonight I said no plans and I'm going to finish that book!! Hopefully I'll also finish A Court of Frost and Starlight. And I'm almost done listening to Ninth House

It's a bit confusing and there are slow parts. But that's how I felt about Six of Crows too. I think it's her writing style that I have a hard time with

What helped me with those books was the audiobooks with a cast.

Aly/Heather I finally got my copy of Immunity and while I would like to read ASAP I should really finish what I have set up for this month. Did you ladies still want to read we can do ASAP next month or even the end of this month??

Yes Crystal that’s fine! I actually checked it out from my library last night. The audiobook is super short so I can fit it in whenever the next 2 weeks.
