so it's a combination of romance and action/adventure, it definitely had more focus on romance and more similarities with the romance genre and more of a chick-lit feel than your standard action story (including a female pov, so less talk of hot girls, more talk of "why do i like him so much if i dont like him"), but, at the same time, there was plenty of fighting evil psychic clones with powers, that I can recall.I'm honestly surprised it's proving so hard to track down because, while I actually don't know this for a fact, I was pretty sure it was part of a series and surely someone must know about a series of romance books centered around secret agents with psychic powers I mean how hard can that be to track down? and yet google has been completely, utterly useless with this one.
i remember certain scenes from the book, like she's taking a shower in his apartment and becomes paranoid that included in his psychic powers package is the ability to see through walls, or a scene towards the very end of the book when a character is stuck in vat of acid, and the eventual revelation that they've been making clones of people with powers...
also: i very very very vaguely remember that the title might have had something to do with weather or an element or something, but I'm not certain of that any more, at this point. I think it might just maybe have had to do with snow or ice or something. But I'm not sure.

it's a book about spy agents, it starts with the heroine on a mission in moscow, but they also have psychic powers, at least the hero does and i think eventually the heroine discovers she has as well.
the hero and heroine have the same name, and the heroine dislike the hero initially because she found the sharing name business annoying.
