I was due to be paid at the end of August by ACX (AKA Audible AKA Amazon) for the Audible version of my book. Although the amount due showed up on my author page, no money appeared in my bank. I queried it after a few days and received an email back saying they would look into it but then heard nothing. A few days back, I queried it again - bearing in mind it's now 20 Sep and no money has come and I haven't been told why. I got this response which says I'm not the only one in this position :

There is a technical issue affecting yours and several other ACX user's accounts and we are unable to send payment until this is resolved.
Please know that our technical teams are working hard on correcting this and you will be contacted as soon as it's fixed and we can send your payment.

So, I'm wondering if any other authors out there are affected by this and if anyone can think of anything that can be done about it. Financially to me, the money would make a big difference. There's no end date in sight and all I want is to be paid!
