We earned 160 points in our scavenger hunt, plus the bonus for having at least 75% of the team participate!!

Oops, just kidding - we earned 160 including the 30 point bonus. I didn't realize Kelly's formula automatically calculated the bonus into our total. :)

Yes, mods confirmed we can use the paperback page count. I'll enter it in the page override sheet tomorrow.

Howdy team! Sorry, I was out of town this weekend and haven't checked in on GR much. It looks like the top teams are almost to the 20,000 points. Keep on reading and let's finish out strong!

Wow! Congrats to the Thundercats! They did a great job. We did a great job too and really worked our way up there. More importantly, we had a great team and I'm glad I got to chat with all you ladies! :) It was a lot of fun.
Yeah - those ThunderCats sure did power through books and buddy reads,lol! I agree Kristie - we did do great! Had fun with all of you and read some books I wouldn't have picked and found some new authors that I like or want to try.

I was insanely busy the last couple of weeks, but I wanted to say that I had a blast with y'all. This was my first attempt at a group challenge of this sort, and you guys made it amazing. I can't wait for the next one!
If anyone is interested in a little bit shorter team challenge, one of my favorites just opened up for sign-ups again. It's called Pass the Parcel and will start on March 20. It lasts 11 weeks, and you only read one book per week, which has to match a theme/category that gets called every Friday. If you don't want to read the theme, there's an option to read a book from a teammate's read shelf, so you also get to see what your teammates have been reading and find new books. I love it. I think they're planning one in March, so there will likely be an announcement soon.
The Wheelathon team challenge has opened for sign ups. Sign up by March 22nd. This will be an 8 week challenge.
