Anyways we don't have enough jobs for everyone but make sure you invite and comment. Also Veraa you have like one of the most tedious jobs. If you want to know more about why that is feel free to pm. That and running the challenges are tedious too. I think thats about it. Leahxx make sure you send one about 3 times a month. Any questions or concerns please feel free to comment.

I have the polls of for November books. What you need to do is get threads up for next month. I will add the books to the bookshelf and make threads for the books since I didn't really add then for the polls.
So here is another job that I forgot to put in and that's person to do prizes. Each month someone will do buy the kindle book for the person because I think we pretty much agree that's the easiest way to give prizes. This is something everyone will end up doing sooner or later. Like everything above. Prizes will be handed out at the beggining of each month for the pervious month.November: Leahxx

Well anywhere from 0.99-10.00 I'm going try to stick with the lower cost ones

Never done R2R before. Anything I should know?
All you have to do is fine authors who want reviewers for their books.
Would you mind if I gave thought to some R2R reviews? Many groups that do them have rules like an author that submits a book for review must review someone else's in turn, and that reviews must be submitted in a certain time frame, on certain sites (GoodReads, Amazon, Smash), with links to prove it.Anything I come up with can be rescinded or changed after Hunger Games, if the odds aren't in my favor.
We don't really have any 'rules' in this group. We really do need new ones though so that's why I made it a job. So far your the only one who is commenting and anything.
Rules can be a pain, but they keep things running smoothly. I, for instance, don't like reviewing things, but I can understand mods in larger groups fearing the participation would be a bit one-sided.And thank you. ^_^

Most groups have a big R2R program going this one is very small and they have been up for awhile and we need to get newer ones for people to get intrested in.
