Beta Swap for Speculative Fiction?

Hey! I would love to swap with someone who's writing speculative fiction of any sort (urban fantasy, paranormal romance, sci-fi, etc), since I'm looking for feedback on my 83k word dystopian pirate manuscript.

Premise: When Serafina's ship is ransacked by the Pirate King Solokov, he spares her life--if becoming one of his crew could really count. However, he made a mistake in leaving her alive, because Sera's not going to stop learning, training, and advancing until she becomes good enough to take him on. Good enough to avenge the people he slaughtered that day.

As for critiques, I'm hoping for broader focus--pacing, characters, plot problems, etc, which is the style of crit I give. I can move at a quick pace, but prefer to swap in segments, and am comfortable with a variety of different formats.

Doesn't sound like speculative fiction. What's "dystopian pirate" as a genre? The whole world is pirate-based, or is it Victorian with a pirate protagonist? In other words, the whole world can't be made up of pirates. Is that an alternate reality, or possible future reversion to steampunk? IDK. Need a better synopsis.
