Please correct page number

Final numbered page is 419 (and that includes the Acknowledgements)

If you count the pages after that, which include "About the Author" and "A Note on the Type", then the final page number is 422.

I know there are specific rules about what you do and don't include in the page count, but I can't remember what they are exactly. Please correct the page number to what number would properly fit the rules.

We include About the Author & Notes. We don't include advertisements & excerpts of other books etc.

Changed to 422 pages.
