How to combine?

I've searched high and low, and I am unable to find any details, what so ever, about how to actually combine a book edition, into an existing set of book editions. How is this done?

I just added the Kvinden i Buret and then afterwards wanted to combine it (yes, I should have re-read the procedure and just added a new edition) with the existing The Keeper of Lost Causes.

On a semi-separate note. "Kvinden i Buret" is the authors original title, not "The Keeper of Lost Causes". When a user searches for "Kvinden i Buret" and gets "The Keeper of Lost Causes" instead, chances are that they think they've gotten the wrong book. So a suggestion would be to show the most relevant edition to the query, and not just the "most shelved/rated/reviewed" edition.

Combined. Only librarians can combine editions I think.
Kvinden i Buret is in the information for at least some of the English editions as original title. Actually when I did a search for Kvinden i Buret it came up by that title.

Primary authors can also combine book editions for their own books.

Thanks. However, it doesn't really answer how it's done. I think I got librarian status a while ago, when I wanted to correct some things. But actual instructions on how combing books is done, I haven't been able to find anywhere. Clicking the combine link on a book, just moved me to the author page for the book, and clicking the combine link on the author page did nothing, except refresh the page, as it was the same link.
