Mistake creating award

Help! Someone very kindly added the Reader's Favorite Award to my book, but the award was created in such a way that it started its own unique award list rather than adding my book to the full list of Reader's Favorite award winners. Can a librarian assist in fixing this?

As another librarian said in this folder - awards are tricky! I no longer do award requests, but have fixed this (& another author's) malformed awards up.

Any librarian who wants what I think is a simpler method than shown in the manual can message me for my method.
