This is Book 2 of my GANGPIRE TRILOGY and not for the faint of heart.
It picks up from Book 1 when Tacoma and his friends become vampires and brutally kill his little sister's murderers. He leaves Oakland with his bride to be to go to Ethiopia to have their child in Helen's homeland. But Tacoma is called upon to face a challenge that just may bring his sister back from the realms of the powerful Orisha God Elleguá. Ellegu’a sends him, Helen and their protector Mama Marcella, a Cuban Santeria priestess, back into a prehistoric Ethiopia. On their journey in an ancient time frame they meet tribal shamans, hyenas, and vampire lords. To make matters worse Helen gives birth to their baby boy in this foreign environment, who is born not only with his parents vampire traits, but also with the rare gene of a Buda (were-hyena).
