I'm like 12 chapters in and STILL confused! Book 3 should be full of answers! Maybe it will be later on, I'll admit I'm starting to figure out Dr. Kells and what she is TRYING to do but there's obviously so much more we don't know... It's kinda weird so far.. Lots of action but not much information.

Chapter 15 (view spoiler)[ This is so weird! So here's what I've got so far.. Dr. Kells thinks she's the good guy because she's trying to "cure" these kids with this G1821 mutation or whatever. Jude must have been or may have been under Dr. Kells control when he almost raped Mara.. The part I'm the most hung up on is when right before Mara killed Dr. Kells she said "I'm so sorry for making you think Noah was alive" or something like that... Like has Noah been made up this whole time?! Is Jude actually a good guy? (hide spoiler)]

Finally finished... Wow. The most suspense series I've ever read for sure. I need to process and someday re read from the beginning.

Maybe the mind blown part is the reason why i didn't give it a 5 star. I'm like. . . is this really the ending? I'm still confused, it's like the author just pushed everything to fit. I think it wouldn't hurt if it could've been longer, maybe 15-20 pages more?

Really? I feel like we got all the information we needed and then we got that last chapter (I really liked how she did that too) and then the epilogue.. I thought it all came together pretty nicely and there is actually room for her to make more books out of it if she wanted. But she would have to come up with new characters and all that so maybe she's just leaving the door opened? I also liked how she set up that last line which took it all right back to the beginning and had you questioning if this was all a true story haha

I love the epilogue, it's one of my faves from the book. I just felt like there's something missing for me. I don't know what that is actually lol

Understandable.. I just read some more from the author about this book. Turns out she wrote the end of this book before anything else... And then worked backwards from there. Very interesting!

Okay, I'm about 100 pages in right now, and I'm having a really hard time getting into this book. It's just not as good as the first two in my opinion. Also, there are a lot of things that don't make sense to me like (view spoiler)[ I don't care how much Mara wants Noah to be alive; there's no way she would trust Jude after everything he put her through in the last two books. But the second he tells her that Noah is alive (which is obviously a lie because of what happens soon after), she's all like WE HAVE TO DO EXACTLY WHAT JUDE SAYS SO THAT I CAN GET MY BAE BACK. (hide spoiler)] It's just 100% unbelievable to me.
