Marlene Hoffman a lady fell off a boat and was brought to an island with a hotel or something on it. The owner (the shifter who saved her) turns into a HUGE seal or walrus. the lady doesn't know he isn't human until a little girl from their clan starts to shift but has trouble, so the man shifts and takes her into the ocean to help her.

Marlene, around what year did you read this book?
Is this is an adult romance about selkies?
Is it an American woman traveling to Ireland/England?
Remember her job/background or why she traveling to the island/elsewhere?

Marlene Hoffman it's been a few years since I've read it, can't remember exactly how many,2 or 3 maybe.
selkie's...sounds familiar...maybe (sorry, not much help)
pretty sure she was american traveling around ireland england
her job was something that the male shifter wanted her Specifically, cuz she was the perfect fit for what they needed at the resort.
