October 2014 Series: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

For October, we'll be continuing on with rereading one of the best series of all time(in my humble opinion), Harry Potter. This month we'll be reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, the third of the series. Post all of your HP reviews, questions, concerns, and interesting thoughts here, especially in relation to the second book. Have a fun reading month, my friends!

Definitely up there for my favorite HP book. I think we really see a lot character development in the 3rd book. Plus, Sirius and Lupin! I am loving listening to this while I'm at work.

I think this one will always be my favourite, perversely this is the first HP book I read before going back to the beginning of the series.

I've still never read any of this series. I should really do it some day shouldn't I?!

Yes! If you enjoy fantasy, you won't regret it!

This is definitely one of my favourites of the whole series as I think Hermione really starts to come into her own in this book, rather than just being a token goody-two-shoes. I also love that the ending is both uplifting with everything tied up neatly but also heartbreaking with (view spoiler)[Harry ending up back with the Dursleys and not Sirius :( (hide spoiler)].

Great stuff and fun to re-read after so long!
