Ethan | 0 comments I noticed we didn't have a place to share which books we currently have our noses in, so here it is!

I just finished reading Gone Girl. I'm probably the last person, especially as a fan of thrillers, to read this one, and I'm certainly glad that I did! Rich characters and plotting make for a great read. There has been some debate about the ending, but it really worked for me. Now I can finally go check out David Fincher's movie adaptation as well.

Now I'm on to another thriller Sidney Sheldon's Chasing Tomorrow. I'm not sure how I feel about another author writing under a deceased author's name, but so far I'm enjoying the fast pace of this one.

Devi (views_she_writes) The Mystery of the Blue Dolphins (A Clarissa and Paw Mini Mystery, Vol. 1) The Mystery of the Blue Dolphins by Sandra Baublitz

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Read the complete review at The Mystery of the Blue Dolphins (A Clarissa and Paw Mini Mystery, Vol. 1)

A very short murder mystery but with such an awesome punch which sometimes even a full fledged novel cannot deliver. Clarissa and Paw are absolute lovable detectives. The Saint Bernard Paw is a darling digger and Clarissa is a very intuitive owner. Together, they manage to solve a murder mystery which was considered to be a suicide at first.
