This is where you ask questions, give some advice to mkae this readathon better, and other things like that :)

How often are hosts going to host? Will they have one day where they host or two days in a row or it goes through a cycle type thing? I know that sounds confusing and I ask a lot of questions. I just like to know things.

P.S. I also think for the group picture, someone should make a logo (I can if you want) or just a pretty picture of snow or something.

That will have to depend on how many people are interested in in being a host

Should there be challenges? Or rules? Other than a book you have already read. If this goes on for a month vote a Harry Potter week. Pick your favorite, and a runner up. So for me it's prisoner of azkaban. Then a runner up... You have one week to read both.

That's unheard of! J/k i guess we alter it to favorite series...fav book in that series... And a runner up.

Then we can ask general questions like who would your bff be? Who do you envy the most? Which character is most like you? That would cover any book from any series.

Also, this can be doable for a month. Everyone has a different schedule for winter. How about a different host each week? Just a thought.

I think we should split up challenges/hosting days to fit our different medias. We can have cycle of challenges to keep things fresh.

That's an awesome idea! Well, we'll have to wait until next sunday because I know some people who are making the logo right now and that's when we'll vote on it :D

Awesome :) The widget/button can be whatever logo we decide on with code attached to it to make it clickable on webpages and redirect them back to the goodreads group.

I unfortunately have no idea how to create a button for this purpose XD

I take it back, I think the poll for the logo should be up maybe tommorow because it bugs me that this group don't have any logo. Plus, we need to start spreading word as soon as possible.

Okay, I'm picking the hosts right now, and I was wondering how many challenges do you guys think we should have. My plan was 2, one for each week, but I need some feedback :D

The challenges that are made by the hosts are going to have prizes (if the host is able), and they will not be as easy, which is the reason why I suggested 2 hosts. But there will be additional challenges for the readathon, for instance, read ___ pages, or read books with ___ on the cover, or read a book from ___ genre.

Are the hosts hosting daily challenges? Are are there only two challenges, one each week? Because I thought there were going to be a different host for each day who hosted one big challenge, kind of like how it works for the Booktube-A-Thon.

Nope, I don't think. I mean, 14 daily challenges -meaning 14 hosts (or even 7) is a LOT. Plus, there are only a small number of people, if there were more, I would consider it but...
