If you click the arrow beside Follow Author if comes up with Send Message.

Hi Hock - this isn't a question for the Librarians Group - we are volunteers who do the book cataloging.
But if you click on the upside down carat under your author photo (on your profile) you will see send message
In the new help area there is a section for authors. :)
