Saee Das was lounging on one of the mint upholstered chairs, a book in her hand, she was wearing one of the outfits her Auntie had made her over the summer(view spoiler)[ (hide spoiler)]. She felt very comfortable in it as she hung one leg off the arm of the chair. She had just gotten back from school. It was lunch time, and she had the afternoon off of classes. She had decided that spending her time reading a YA novel was good enough to pass the time. She hadn't seen her girlfriend yet, and didn't know her schedule. Saee was anxious to see her, but she didn't want to seem overly needy or stalkerish. So she thought it would be best to wait and let Chandra find her, unless they saw one another in the middle of the campus or something. Saee hadn't met any of her roomies yet, she'd been up rather early, hit the gym, then she was off to class. She'd had English, Science, and Art History that morning. She had two days a week when she would only have classes in the morning, then she'd have the afternoon off to do as she pleased. Saee had skipped joining any sports for the new school year, she wanted more time to spend with her friends, on her studies, and with her girlfriend.

"Everything is in order.... Okay..." The girl thought to herself as she was leaving the gym after taking a couple rounds in the ring with the coach and then on the punching bag. After doing those two activities she took a run(a total of two miles) and then jumped some rope. After doing all those activites, she lifted some weights and then finally the Coach called for time. Chandra Chang showered and changed into something more comfortable(view spoiler)[ [image error] (hide spoiler)]and fitting of her style since that was the last period of her busy school day. Chandra didn't have any sports practices on this day so she decided to see if her girlfriend was at her dorm. Of course they had talked over the break but Chandra wanted to physically touch her, see her and hear her voice. She missed Saee with her whole being and she hoped that Saee was at her dorm. Finally reaching the dorm number her girlfriend had texted her first thing in the morning, she knocked tentatively and then adjusted the bags on her strong shoulders.

Saee turned the page of her book, her mind completely wrapped up in the fictional characters, there was a love triangle, of course, and she was rooting for the sweet boy, while most girls would probably be rooting for the bad boy. She just didn't see how any good could come from that. Her parents would hate him, her friends already didn't like the guy, Saee didn't understand why the girl couldn't get the hint. A knock sounded at the door, jerking her from the imaginative world that she had been in only moments before. "Coming," she called out as she swung her legs over the chair and placed the book on the coffee table. She stood and went towards the door of the dorm, Saee took a quick glance at herself in a mirror hanging by the door and then swung the door open. Chandra was standing there, looking fresh and amazing. "Chandra!" She squeaked before dragging her girlfriend in and enveloping in her a hug, "ugh I missed you so much."
