I can't remember much about the book I'm looking for, but I know that in the first chapter or two the main character dies in a suicide bombing at a mall (I think the mall was in London, but this could be incorrect) and the rest of the novel is her as a ghost/spirit wandering Earth attempting to get to the other side. I remember there being a scene at the funeral home - she visits her body while her parents are there and gets extremely emotional and frustrated by the entire situation (understandably). I think I must have read this book between 2006-2008, but I don't know if it was a recent release or if it was published a long time before that.

Ah sorry, I wasn't sure what to title the post. But that is the right book! Thank you so much for finding it for me, I've been looking for it for a couple of years now! :)
