(view spoiler)[Went he went to save Victor from inside EON they were firing guns, and to grab Victor he had to step into time again, and he was shot that moment I think! Victor left him dead inside EON and then he was into time again, and be almost didn't make it out. Victor said he knew he was dead because he was in the normal time again, so Dom's power stopped working. Maybe Dom got sgot earlier when he worked at the computer to open the cells though, I don't think it was totally spelled out when he was shot exactly. (hide spoiler)]
