Hi, Olga. Have you applied to become a librarian? If not, complete the application here: https://www.goodreads.com/about/apply...
(If so, it can take some time for us to process pending requests. Give it a few more days.)
Please note that while librarians can edit book records and add covers and descriptions, they cannot add previews. However, we recently added a new feature which imports previews for Kindle books from Amazon. See https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... for more information.
If that option won't work for you, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.

Only two of our books are currently on Kindle, because we have just begun converting the files to be available as e-books. Instead, I intend to post book excerpts for all our titles.
Thank you again for your time.

Only the author can add an epub/pdf as a preview or excerpt.

I assumed that would only be for an author to ask support to add an extract to one of their books which was under a non-Goodreads Author pen name, for example. Not for everyone.

Really! How 'bout that.
Would a publisher be able to pursuade Support to change a cover or the default edition on a Goodreads author book? Or the default on a NON-Goodreads author book?

Any publisher so wishing should contact Support and make their case directly. Such requests are reviewed on an individual basis (and just for clarity, not by me).
In the case of excerpts, we turned off the ability for regular librarians to add them because we had so many problems with them being incorrect or not legally redistributed. Neither of those issues would be likely if provided by the publisher, especially if vetted by Support.

I am writing on behalf of the publisher American Free Press. AFP is new to the Goodreads community. Most of our titles were already listed on the site, so I am unable to edit the book descriptions.
How can I expand the listings for our books and add images? There are about 30 titles in all. Do I need to submit requests for all changes to this board, or may I prove that I represent the publisher and gain access to edit the book details?
Also, I would like to add book previews, and did not see a button for that when I added "On the Road to American Socialism" by Al Hays.
Thank you for your time.
