Different editions, same ISBN

I bought an edition of "Um Estudo em Vermelho" (A Study in Scarlet- Portuguese Edition) and when I try to add the book, there is already a kindle edition of the book with this ISBN (but the cover and the number of pages are not the same).
How do I solve this issue?

This is supposed to be a paperback; Kindle editions do not use ISBNs, so I have changed it. We can make an alternate cover edition. Is yours the edition with the smoke coming out of the pipe on the front?
