How can i tell if I'm a librarian?

It can take a while, so if you just requested to become one it could be a bit. It took a few weeks before I received a reply/approval.

You get a message when you are accepted as librarian. But I see you are already a Goodreads author. That makes it less likely you will also become a librarian.
