I always have several books going at the same time.
1) Short story anthology for dipping into when I need a break from
2) Fiction I am currently reading
3) Nonfiction political/resistance book
4) Nonfiction science/math book

I just finished Ohio and think it might be on my lifetime list of best books. I can't imagine the luck of reading a better book this year. It's coming Aug 21st, so there's probably still time to request it from NetGalley.

Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI by David Grann reads like a novel with an outrageous plot that will outrage YOU!

I'm reading The House of One Thousand Eyes. It's amazing and very relevant. While it's set in Germany in the 80s (so still divided), there are so many parts relevant to the US now, unfortunately. It's excellently written and a "read now" option.
