Marisol and her boss are ambushed when they go to visit Nick Clancy, one of the witnesses. Was there anything the Marshals and FBI agents could have done differently?

Someone didn't do a proper recon of the area. I was confused by the logistics of that scene and had to reread it to get it clear in my head.

Since everyone was pretty much taken out they screwed up big time.

First of all, why didn’t they meet this guy at a location they could secure??? This was nuts. He lived in an isolated place and they paid a horrible price.

This felt more like a plot device than the way it would actually play out. I appreciated how it facilitated what came next but the set up was weak.

I agree, Jonetta. This was a weak setup.
