Because I think if there's not an age limit, things will stop making sense because of age/experience/job type of stuff.

We do have an age limit so Ill look over everyone's charries and ask them to change it
Bedrooms are split, so there's two. One for girls and one for guys.
A few items, like clothes, and yes electronics which will be useless until the electricians fix up the electricity in the place.
