ah it was nothing crazy, just wanted to make an interesting mashup of a forest with perhaps a quote from the show? or pretty much any terrain to match the setting that you want for the group with a cool quote and some overlayed images of other stuff like maybe the dangers that could be found there, for a forest maybe a bear, jungle tigers, grassland lions and stuff like that

If that's what you mean, I think its a good idea, cause that reduces the chance of characters getting overlooked, gives more room to be able to critique(if needed) characters with minimal confusion, and also gives members a thread to store pictures or other things for future characters or in progress characters.

One
This is an advanced roleplay. That means I want detail, detail, detail. No post should be shorter than five or six lines. Not sentences, lines. I'm not asking for nine paragraph, just a decent amount of detail. I promise it's not as hard as it sounds.

Two
No sex. Please, there is a PG-13 limit on everything in this group. If its anything graphic, please take it to pm--not one wants 50 Shades of Grey...well...some may but no one wants to get flagged so, that's a no no.

Three
Cursing is allowed, however, I don't want to see constant cursing. Use it to prove a point, not just for the sake of it. Cursing will not be permitted if directed at any member of the group.

Four
Characters. Currently, there is a limit of four characters, and incomplete ones should be posted in the 'character workshop' thread. You may only have one career, two tributes total, and you may have two mentors, stylists, or escorts total.

Five
Activeness. I don't want to see anybody joining this group unless they are active. Unless you are an active roleplayer, do not join this group. If for some reason, you are unable to be active for a long period of time, tell a MOD and no problems will be formed. However, if a MOD is not notified, you will be sent a message after a week. After another week with no response, you will be removed from the group.

Six
A MOD's word is law. If they say something, it isn't to be argued.

Seven
Your character must be approved by a MOD before roleplay.

Eight
Respect. Disrespect, rudeness, or anything of the sort will not be tolerated.

God-Modding and power playing are prohibited. Do not play anyone's character without their permission, or unless they are yours. Characters may not be perfect, or all powerful.

Mmm....two things, one is there are some spelling or grammar errors in some of the rules that should prolly be addressed.


two is the mod rule. Sometimes a persons character can be misinterpreted or a persons post misinterpreted as something else and a mod could say no, but I feel that if a member feels really strongly that they shouldn't have to change something, there should be a topic they can go to to make a Formal and calm 'argument' to not have to change it that all the mods can then review and decide to overrule the other mods ruling(if they don't change their minds after reading the argument) or agreeing with the mods ruling.

but the biggest thing to emphasize would be that it must be done calmly with logical reasons as to why they should be allowed to do or have their character a certain way. Any form of cursing, badmouthing mods or anyone else and so on will not be tolerated in any thread especially that one and could cause an automatic ruling against them depending on how bad it is, as well as the post with said badmouthing being removed.

You must respect the mods.

If they ask you to change something, fix something or edit your posts, you must do so without argument. Going against the mods is going against the group. If you do not like a decision one of the other mods have made, then you can bring the matter up in the appropriate topic, so long as you do so calmly. No arguing, ranting, or making rude or mean comments towards the mod or mods in question.

Ex- A Mod wants you to change the species of endangered animal that you chose for your character.

If you don't feel that you should have to change it, here is how you should bring it up in the appropriate thread

Hello, I (insert your name here) would like to formally lodge a complaint against (insert mods name here). They are asking me to change a facet of my character that I do not believe needs to be changed.

then explain why in a calm and logical fashion.

If you handle it calmly, and your reasons are good, then we will review the complaint and handle it accordingly.
